Summary of VFM findings from Nigeria
This brief presents summary findings from a value for money (VFM) analysis of the Phase 1 of “Sanitation, Hygiene & Water in Nigeria” (SHAWN) Programme between 2010 and 2013. SHAWN-I is a DFID-funded programme, implemented by UNICEF Nigeria. It also includes an overview of recommendations to improve the programme’s VFM, facilitate VFM analysis and strengthen future programme management.
We have also produced four-page summaries for our VFM case studies in Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Pakistan and Zambia.
