Summary of VFM findings from Zambia

This brief presents summary findings from a value for money (VFM) analysis of the Zambia Sanitation Hygiene Programme (2011 – 2016). It also includes an overview of recommendations to improve the programme’s VFM, facilitate VFM analysis and strengthen future programme management. Five key VFM dimensions were analysed: economy, efficiency, cost-efficiency, effectiveness and cost-effectiveness.
